Using the Notifications Dashboard is a convenient way of posting notifications. Dashboard notifications are the preferred method for someone handling a lot of approvals or who regularly logs in. This means that users do not spend time parsing e-mail messages that become redundant information. The Notifications Dashboard draws attention to all app instances needing attention.

A Full User or Basic User license is required to access the PerfectApps portal to view the Notifications Dashboard. |
If a user does not have a Full or Basic license then it will be necessary to send them notifications by email.
