When a user selects the option to create a new app from scratch, the tour will begin with a welcome screen where the user can select to play a video, to start the tour or opt out of the tour.
If the user has completed the tour before or they opted out of taking it, the tour should not display when a user creates a new app.
The welcome screen can be triggered again from the Quick Help menu and selecting the Getting Around PerfectApps option.
Clicking Continue at the end of the App Designer tour will start a new tour offering help to get started with your App. For more information see: App Design Tour
