Once app instances have been submitted, they can be viewed by the app owner from the Apps Workspace. If your app requires interaction with other users (e.g. it's a workflow app and uses notifications) then they will be able to interact with the app as well.
1.On the Apps Overview, go to the App Instances section of the Edit Apps details area.  2.Select an app from the drop-down list and then select Total Instances (or any of the other options under Total Instances). The page refreshes, showing a table containing the instances that meet the selected criteria. You may choose to limit the list by choosing filter criteria. 3.To view a specific app instance, select a row in the list and click View.  |
