Help icons are found throughout the App Designer and Report Designer. They are context sensitive. For example, the appropriate topic will be shown if you click the Help icon in the properties panel with an object selected.
A Help Center dialog containing links to support documentation and how-to videos shows on the start up of the App or Report Designers by default. To turn off this default option, de-select the Show at Startup option on the Help Center dialog. If you turn off the Help Center but want to access it later, choose the Help Center option from the View menu.
