PerfectApps offers a Single Sign-On module which allows an organization using integrated Windows authentication through IIS to bypass the requirement for a user to perform an actual login (other than the initial login).
When you use Single Sign-On, each user can have an associated domain user name. This is usually automatically populated by PerfectApps if Single Sign-On is active. The automated setting of this field requires that the user logs in manually to PerfectApps once. This log-in associates the domain authenticated user name with the e-mail address and will populate the field. From this point on, PerfectApps will auto-detect the user signing in, look up the authenticated user name of the signing in user in the PerfectApps system and, if it finds a match, will let that user directly in.
When Single Sign-On is enabled for an account the links in all notifications may be specified as 'non-ssolink' for users outside the Single Sign-On environment or 'ssolink' for users inside the Single Sign-On environment.

When Single Sign-on is selected the Use SSO Links by default on Notifications option is enabled and selected. Any existing notification links included in apps built prior to Single Sign-on being selected (with the format {|link|}) will change to Single Sign-on links automatically. Un-check this option if you require existing notifications to remain as regular (non single sign-on) links. Existing notification links included in apps built with Single Sign-on selected (with the format {|non-ssolink|} or {|ssolink|}) will not be affected.
